Having had more than 40 years house-building experience, this company are renowned for designing, building and delivering high quality homes. Due to the company acquiring new sites, they have a requirement for a Site Manager to join their team in Comber

Your new role

This role will have you based in a full time permanent position, in Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager for this company, activities will include; carrying out the day to day management onsite and being responsible for the site staff, sub-contractors and any health and safety regulations required. In this role, adherence to given time frames and deadlines and an eye for detail will be favourable. You will be reporting to the senior management team.

What youll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this site manager's role, based in Northern Ireland, the ideal candidate should have a valid CSR Site Supervisor Card, CSCS, or SMSTS training certificate. Previous experience of managing high quality residential works would be desirable. This role requires that the individual possesses the ability to work within budget, and holds a track record of meeting deadlines on time and is highly motivated.
