Spark Arrives In The UK
The first shipment of Chevrolet's new city car, the Spark, has arrived in the UK ahead of the nationwide retailer launch.
The shipment of 348 Sparks arrived in the UK early last week and were prepared and readied for delivery by leading logistics company, Autologic.
Mark Hindley, Commercial Director at Autologic, said: "Autologic is delighted to support Chevrolet in the launch of this exciting new model, having just secured a new two year contract with Chevrolet, for the technical services at Portbury. This is an excellent way to begin our new partnership.
"We are very pleased with the service provided by Autologic and ECM,” commented James Ash, Transport Manager at Chevrolet.
"It was no small feat but Autologic were able to deliver 348 Sparks, four per Retailer, in 35 transporters to our 87 retailer sites across the country ahead of our national launch, giving us a great focus for pre-selling activity."
The Spark is Chevrolet’s brand-new city car, which combines all the latest in-car entertainment features as well as comfort, safety, low fuel consumption and low emissions. Starting from only £6,945 the Spark also offers great value for money and over the coming weeks Chevrolet retailer sites across the country will be holding launch events for the Spark.

Buyers of Chevrolet’s new Spark urban supermini can now choose from a range of personalised graphics, or 'Tags', that further emphasise the model’s youthful and stylish appeal. Three different graphic sets are available, each with its own unique and distinctive personality and coordinated set of floor mats, which also are unique to each theme.
