Two Arrested Over Kildare Body
A man and a woman have been arrested in County Kildare this morning in connection with the discovery of a body on Monday.
The arrests were made by Gardai at Newbridge who are investigating the discovery of the body of a 21-year-old male at a house at Moorefield Park, Newbridge in the early hours of Monday Morning.
Gardaí sealed off the area and carried out a forensic examination of the house and surrounding area before a postmortem confirmed the young man had been stabbed in the chest.
The post mortem was carried out by the State Pathologist at Naas general hospital.
This morning, investigating officers arrested a male, aged 46, and a female aged 40 in Newbridge town at approximately 9.30am.
The male is being held in Newbridge Garda station, and the female in Kildare Garda station, both under Section four of the Criminal Justice Act.
Gardaí said this morning that the technical examination is still being carried out at the scene.

Three More Questioned Over Quinn Murder
Three men are being questioned by the PSNI about the brutal gang-murder of Co Armagh man Paul Quinn after three others were arrested by gardaí earlier. The three men arrested by the PSNI are from the Crossmaglen and Cullyhanna areas and while two are aged in their 50s, one is in his 20s.

Missing Cork Girl Believed To Be In Belfast
The PSNI is working with the Gardai after a girl who went missing from Cork is believed to have travelled to Belfast. Leigh Arundel, 15, may be with an older male according to the police. Leigh went missing from her home on 05 September. She has a tattoo with the name 'Jimmy' on her left hand.
