Appeal Over Armagh Sex Assault
Police in Co Armagh have appealed for information following the sexual assault of a woman in Hamiltonsbawn. The woman, who was in her mid-20s, was attacked by a man on Main Street, around 2am on Sunday. Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
Petrol Bomb Attack At Enniskillen Home
A petrol bomb was thrown at a house in Enniskillen at the weekend. The incident happened around 2:45am on Saturday at a house in the Coleshill Crescent area. The front door of the property was damaged in the attack and smoke damage was also caused to the interior of the house. Another petrol bomb was also found near a car parked outside the house. The property was occupied at the time of the attack, but no-one was injured.
Portstewart House Fire Under Control
A fire at a derelict house in Portstewart is now under control. The fire broke out at the three-storey building on High Road around 3am on Monday. More than 40 firefighters were brought in to tackle the blaze and local residents were forced to live their homes due to fears that the fire could spread. It is believed that the fire might have been started deliberately.

Fatal House Fire In Newtownards
A woman in her 30s has died in a fire at a house in Newtownards, Co. Down. The fire occurred at a house in Ilex Avenue at around 5.30pm and the woman is reported to have died at the scene. An investigation into the circumstances of the death is being conducted by police who have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.

ASSEMBLY CREATE AWARD TO HONOUR FIRE SERVICE
THE Northern Ireland Fire Service is to receive the first ever award given by the province's devolved assembly. An illuminated scroll is to be presented to Chief Fire Officer John McClelland on Tuesday, by assembly speaker Lord Alderdice in tribute to the sacrifice made by fire fighters over the years.

Belfast Hotel Plan Dropped: Report
A government-supported plan to build a hotel in central Belfast has been scrapped, the BBC has reported. Back in 2007, the Department for Social Development appointed Tullymore House Ltd as preferred developer for Armagh House in the city’s Ormeau Avenue, with plans to convert the building into an upmarket hotel.
