Antrim Jobs On Screen
Antrim Omniplex Cinemas is to create 60 full and part time jobs after the largest cinema chain in Northern Ireland signed a deal to open a new multiscreen cinema at Junction One Retail and Leisure Park in early summer 2011.
Representing an investment of over £3 million the new complex will create up to 60 full and part time jobs.
The all-digital cinema complex will comprise 10 screens with a capacity of 1,300, state of the art stadium seating throughout and concession areas selling freshly made popcorn, drinks and confectionery.

FG Wilson Redundancies A Major Blow For East Antrim
Sinn Féin MLA Oliver McMullan has said that the news of 260 redundancies at FG Wilson’s is a massive blow to the economy of East Antrim. Mr. McMullan stated: "FG Wilsons is one of the largest employers in the East Antrim area and one of the few that had a healthy export market so this news is totally unexpected.

Citrix Creates 50 New Jobs
Citrix has announced that it is increasing its workforce in Dublin by creating 50 full time jobs. These high value jobs are in addition to the 50 new jobs announced in August 2011 and demonstrate the on-going growth of Citrix technical support, sales, IT operations and online services divisions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
