Murder Enquiry Launched In Lurgan
Detectives from PSNI's Serious Crime Branch have launched a murder investigation after the body of an adult male was found at residential premises at the Portlec Place area, Lurgan on Sunday morning.
One man aged 21 years old has been arrested in relation to the investigation. A PSNI spokesman said the man was was currently helping police with their enquiries.
Detectives would said they would like to speak to anyone in the Portlec Place area between Friday, February 3 and 10am Sunday, February 5.

Police have launched an investigation after shots were fired at two properties in Lurgan, Co Armagh. The shootings happened at Woodville Street and Victoria Street at around 11.15pm on Tuesday, 04 October. No-one was injured in the incidents.

Fresh Appeal For Information On Shane Whitla Murder
PSNI detectives investigating the murder of 39-year-old Shane Whitla in Lurgan have issued an appeal for information and witnesses. A post-mortem examination confirmed that Mr Whitla died of a gunshot wound to the chest. According to report, he had also suffered a serious puncture wound to his neck.
