The Business Renewal Programme is targeted at SMEs in Northern Ireland and the border, midland, western and eastern counties of the Republic. It offers local operators the opportunity to reassess their businesses following a period of exceptionally difficult trading conditions arising on account of restrictions imposed to limit the spread of foot and mouth disease.

The objective of the programme is to assist these businesses to review their current competitive position and to develop an action plan to improve business performance. (MB)
