Todds Leap To Employ More Staff
Ballygawley-based Todds Leap has announced plans to employ an additional 10 staff with support from Invest Northern Ireland's Jobs Fund.
Todds Leap operates one of the largest outdoor activity centres in Ireland, as well as a pallet racking and shelving manufacture business and a vehicle modification business.
The activity centre features 100 acres of purpose-built outdoor tracks, activities and team-building courses used for corporate entertainment, training days, extreme driver training and youth activity events.
Together the three businesses, owned by Benedict O Hanlon, currently employ 34 full time and 26 part time staff and the new staff are needed to meet growing demand for their services, primarily from the Republic of Ireland. Invest NI has offered support of £49,500.
Ian Murphy, Director of Invest NI's Growth and Scaling Division, said: "Over the last few years, Todds Leap has grown its turnover and increased its profitability and reputation across the UK and Republic of Ireland. As a result, Benedict needs to expand his workforce across the three businesses. With support from our Jobs Fund he will be able to recruit the staff quickly to ensure that he can build on recent success."
The Jobs Fund is part of Invest NI's Boosting Business campaign which provides businesses with a range of support under the themes of jobs, skills, research and development, exports and technology.
