Motorcyclist Dies In Race Crash

A motorcyclist has died following a crash in the Walderstown Road Races in Athlone.

Bruce Moulds, 20, from Hillsborough, was taken to a hospital in Dublin on Sunday, but later died from his injuries.

He was taking part in a race when he lost control of the bike and he crashed into a ditch.

Race Tragedy Shocker In Dublin
A Northern Ireland-based motorcyclist has died following a crash at the Killalane Road Races, near Skerries, in north County Dublin. Victor Gilmore, 42, from Ballymoney was critically injured after he came off his bike at around 1.20pm on Sunday. The Irish police said he was rushed to Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, but was then pronounced dead.

Appeal Issued After Motorcyclist Injured In L'Derry Crash
Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist sustained life changing injuries when his vehicle struck a tree in L'Derry. The collision happened in the Tobermore Road area of Draperstown at around 3.30pm on Sunday, 03 June.
