Winning Co Armagh Ticket Is Unclaimed

A winning lottery ticket that was purchased in Co Armagh and is worth more than £100,000, remains unclaimed.

The winnings of £102,843 is from the Saturday 7 September draw and the ticket matched five numbers and the bonus ball.

The winning Lotto numbers were 1, 11, 12, 13, 35 and 42. The bonus ball was 5.

A spokesperson for the National Lottery said: "We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody's life.

"We're urging everyone who bought a ticket in this area to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding.

"Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa – someone out there could literally be sitting on a fortune!

"We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win."

The ticket holder has until Thursday 6 March 2014 to claim their prize.

If the prize is not collected, the money, as well as all the interested accumulated, will go towards The National Lottery Good Causes.

HMRC Announce Automatic Child Benefit Increase
Millions of families who claim Child Benefit will automatically receive increased payments from 6 April 2024, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has confirmed. Families with one child will now receive up to £1,331 a year – an annual increase of £83.20, and up to £881 a year per additional child – an annual increase of £54.60.
