275 New Jobs For Dublin

Labour TD, John Lyons, has said the news that 275 jobs are to be created in Dublin highlights the city is being increasingly viewed by investors as an attractive and dynamic place to do business in.

Mr Lyons said: "This is a major win for Dublin. A total of 275 high-value jobs are being created across seven companies in sectors such as software development, internet, online security and digital media. These are dynamic and innovative companies which include the likes of Clio, Nitro and AdRoll, the world's largest online targeted advertising platform.

"Many of the jobs announcements have arisen as a direct result of decisions by the companies involved to establish either their European or worldwide headquarters in Dublin, or to set up some of their core technical operations here.

"This clearly indicates a rising confidence among potential investors in Ireland's business environment, which offers a skilled and adaptable English-speaking workforce, favourable tax regime and highly-developed economic infrastructure."
