Man Arrested Over Limavady Stabbing
Detectives investigating the stabbing of a man in Limavady, County L'Derry, have arrested two men on suspicion of attempted murder.
The 30-year-old victim is thought to be in a stable condition in hospital after being stabbed in the head and hands in the Coolessan Walk area of the town on Wednesday at around 01:20.
A 23- and 28-year-old man have been detained and are currently helping police with their enquiries.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who has any information about it to contact them.

Inspector Donna McGrady said police were alerted at about 1.15am by a member of the public on Bedford Street to a fight going on in the area.

Two men die in separate stabbing incidents
Two people have been killed in separate stabbing incidents in Northern Ireland over the weekend. Hugh McKibben, 51, of Main Street in Carrowdore died in a stabbing incident at a house on Inisharoan Court about midnight on Sunday May 5. Four people were arrested following his murder but three have since been released on police bail.

Man Released On Bail Over College Stabbing Incident
A man, 20, who was arrested in connection with a stabbing at a college in Belfast has been released on bail. Police said the man was released pending further enquiries. A 26-year-old is currently in hospital following the incident at Belfast Metropolitan College on Thursday. His condition is described as serious but stable.

A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September.
