Planning permission has been approved for a new purpose built childcare facility for Mencap NI in Newtownbreda, County Antrim.
The two storey building, located on School Road, will provide a ground floor nursery plus associated administration and meeting accommodation.

This application was turned around within six months which meets the Programme for Governments Target for Large Scale Investment and further demonstrates that planning reforms are taking effect."
DOE Planning processed the application under the Streamlined Scheme as agreed with Castlereagh Borough Council.
