Police Attacked With Petrol Bombs In East Belfast
Police officers responding to reports of a burning car have been attacked with petrol bombs and paint in east Belfast.
The PSNI attended the scene at Castelereagh Street at around 23:15 on Tuesday when they came under attack from youths throwing petrol bombs and paint.
It is understood that no one was injured in the incident and no arrests have been made.
Police presence in the area has been increased in an effort to deter further attacks on police.

Home Safety And Crime Prevention Event At Belfast City Hall
A free home safety and crime prevention advice event is to be held at Belfast City Hall on Friday, 01 March. The Belfast Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) has organised the event, which is free and will take place from 10am-1pm in Belfast City Hall. Complimentary tea, coffee and refreshments will also be provided.

Cocaine Worth £100,000 Seized In West Belfast
A large quantity of suspected illegal drugs were seized during a Paramilitary Crime Task Force (PCTF) search operation at a property in west Belfast on Wednesday, 21st February. The search, in the Dermott Hill Road area, was part of an ongoing investigation into suspected criminality linked to the INLA.

A 66-year-old man man wanted in Hungary for robbery offences has been arrested in North Belfast. Officers from Tennent Street Local Policing Team made the arrest on the evening of Tuesday, 20 February, on behalf of the PSNI's International Policing Unit.
