Police Appeal For Missing Newtownards Man
Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a vulnerable man from Newtownards, Co Down, who has been missing since Tuesday.
36-year-old Stephen Arnold was last seen in the Donaghadee Road area.
He is described as being approximately 5ft 6in, slim build with balding dark hair. He was wearing a grey and blue jacket and trousers.
Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.

Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Missing Man Found 'Safe And Well'
Missing man Declan Mawhinney has been found safe and well, according to the police. Mr Mawhinney, 46, went missing from Letterkenny on Saturday at approximately 11.40pm. A missing person appeal was launched by the police and his family. He was located in Letterkenny on Tuesday. Police thank the public for their assistance.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Police and the family of 30-year-old Hugh McKay are becoming increasingly concerned for his safety. Mr McKay was last seen after he left his home in the Dundarve estate in Bushmills at around 11.30pm yesterday evening. Two rescue teams are currently searching the area, while a coastguard helicopter carried out an overnight aerial search.

Police in Larne are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of 38-year-old Ian Black. Mr Black has not been seen since he left work on the Shore Road area of Newtownabbey at around 7pm on Tuesday evening. The following day, his blue coloured Ford Focus type car was found abandoned close to a forest in the Shaneshill Road in Larne.
