One Dead And Three Injured In Carryduff Crash

A man has been killed and three other people critically injured in a serious two vehicle crash near Carryduff in County Down.

The incident is believed to have occurred as a police car was in pursuit of one of the vehicles involved in the collision on the Saintfield Road, at about 20:40 on Thursday evening.

The Saintfield Road was closed overnight between Manse Road and Ivanhoe Avenue, but has since reopened.

Three males and one female were taken to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast following the crash.

Man Killed In Co Antrim Road Crash Named
A man who died in a collision in Co Antrim has been named. 21-year-old Dylan O'Kane was killed following a three-vehicle crash on the Coolkeeran Road in Armoy at around 10pm on Sunday, 07 May. Three men, all aged in their 20s, were taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries. The road has since been re-opened.

PSNI Appeal For Information Following Banbridge Shooting
PSNI Detectives have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident in Banbridge on Friday, 12 April. Shortly after 8pm, it was reported that a man aged in his 40s had been shot in his abdomen while in the car park on Rathfriland Road. Taken to hospital, his condition has been described as serious.
