Executive Committed To New Training Centre
Stormont has said it is committed to building a new police, fire and prison service training college.
It follows an announcement at the start of November by the steering group in charge of the construction plans, that the £130 million facility would not go ahead.
The group said concerns over the "current financial environment" meant it would not continue with the facility at Desertcreat, Co Tyrone.
However, the Northern Ireland Executive has said it is committed to the centre and the Programme for Government commitment, "would be met".
