89 Belfast Jobs Announced

89 jobs are to be created in Belfast after US company Revel Systems announced it is to establish a European sales and support centre in the city.

Enterprise, Trade and Investment Minister Arlene Foster said: "I am delighted that Revel System’s have decided to open their European headquarters here in Belfast. Their decision to establish this centre in Northern Ireland is based on the many advantages that this region has to offer international companies. High speed, cost-effective connectivity, easy access to the Great Britain and European markets, a committed and skilled workforce and the comprehensive support offered by government have attracted a succession of global firms to these shores in the past year, creating thousands of jobs."

Invest Northern Ireland has offered £445,000 of support for the jobs. The Department for Employment and Learning has also offered £245,000 of training support through its Assured Skills programme.
