Homes Without Power Following Overnight Storm

Around 200 homes are without power following stormy weather across Northern Ireland.

It is understood that engineers are working to restore power as NIE warn of possible further damage to the network.

The yellow weather warning for strong winds and heavy rains remains in place.

A number of ferries have also been cancelled due to the weather and a small number of roads are currently closed due to fallen debris, including a tree and an electricity pole.

Passengers are advised to contact their ferry company for updates on sailings.
