Vodafone To Create 200 Jobs In Dublin

Vodafone in Leopardstown has announced it is to create 200 permanent jobs for Dublin.

Olivia Mitchell, Fine Gael TD for Dublin Rathdown welcomed the €60 million investment.

She said: "Dublin Rathdown is a prime investment location, increasingly successful in attracting businesses offering high quality jobs. It is a location recognised for its access to excellent infrastructure, such as the Luas, the M50 and respected third level institutions and is an ideal choice for Vodafone’s new European sales centre which will result in this vast increase in its existing workforce at Leopardstown.

"These new jobs are a welcome boost to the Dublin Rathdown economy, as job creation always has a knock on effect for the local community with local businesses benefitting from the newly employed people."
