Minprint Invests £1.5m In Equipment And IT Systems

Minprint based in Castlereagh has invested almost £1.5 million in state of the art equipment and IT systems.

The new equipment will offer customers the very latest in printing technology, cross media and web2print services.

Over the past four years, Invest Northern Ireland has supported the company to grow its business outside Northern Ireland in order to meeting the demands of an increasingly sophisticated and technology driven print market. The company's new online venture, Go Get Print was part of this overall investment and gives its customers the ability to combine traditional print products with online digital solutions.

Minprint Director, Jamie McMinnis said: "The rapid growth of digital printing technology has brought technical advancements, more options, and exciting new features to today’s commercial printing. Whether it’s print on demand, variable data or the high image quality of lithographic printing, Minprint has the technology. The recent introduction of a Flatbed UV Wide Format Printer and a Digital Cutting Table has enabled us to offer an expanded range of services to our customers."

Minprint has also benefited from the Design Development Programme for its Go Get Print service and received help from Invest NI with recruiting additional staff.
