Ulster Unionist MLA and Policing Board member Ross Hussey said: "It is a depressing fact that in the summer of 2015, we are still hearing about so called punishment shootings from armed gangs. I utterly and unreservedly condemn the shooting of the man in Ballymagroarty, Londonderry last night.
