Pensioner assaulted in her home
Police are appealing for information after a 74-year-old woman was assaulted by two men at her home in north Down last night.
The woman was in bed in her Helen's Bay home when two men entered at around 10pm on Sunday.
One of the men then held her down whilst the other demanded money before ransacking the room.
The men eventually left the woman's home empty handed and drove away in a silver car.
The woman was not injured in the attack, however she was left in a state of shock.
One of the men is thought to be in their late teens while the other man is said to be in his 50's.

Woman Assaulted During Aggravated Burglary In Newtownabbey
A woman has been assaulted during an aggravated burglary in Newtownabbey. A number of masked and armed men forced entry to a property in the Forthill Drive area at around 10.15pm on Wednesday, 19 September. A woman who was in the house at the time was attacked and sustained an injury to her lip. Three other people in the property were not injured.

Belfast Woman Left Shaken After Masked Men Break Into Home
A woman in her 70's has been left badly shaken after two masked men broke into her home in south Belfast. The PSNI were contacted after the burglary at a house in Castlecoole Park last night, Tuesday 19 March. Two masked men entered an upstairs bedroom and demanded money from the woman.
