Five Injured In West Belfast Crash

Five people have been taken to hospital following a two-car head-on collision in west Belfast.

The crash, which involved a Ford Fiesta and a Peugeot 307, happened on the Colinglen Road on Wednesday at approximately 10.35pm.

A 20-year-old man is believed to be in intensive care after he sustained a serious head injury.

Two 18-year-olds are also being treated in hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

The female driver of the Peugeot and the 19-year-old female passenger have also been taken to hospital.

Inspector Roberta Morris said: "We are keen to hear from witnesses or anyone who was travelling on the Colinglen Road and who saw either vehicle prior to the collision."

Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Paula Elliott
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of Paula Elliott, who was last seen on Tuesday, 05 March. The 52-year-old was last seen on CCTV cameras leaving the Sprucefield Court area of Lisburn at 5.30pm, before making her way to Warren Gardens at around 5.36pm.
