UK Business Firm To Establish Contact Centre In NI

A UK business service firm has announced plans to establish a contact centre in Northern Ireland.

Intelling Ltd has also announced the creation of 250 new jobs at its new operations centre in Belfast.

Recruitment started earlier this year at a temporary facility, with approval from Invest Northern Ireland.

As a result, 45 of the new jobs, which include management, supervisors, sales positions, are already in place.

Phil Morgan, CEO of Intelling Ltd, said: "Establishing this contact centre in Northern Ireland marks a major investment in the development of our business. Invest NI has assisted us in bringing these plans to fruition.

"One of Intelling's key strengths is our ethos on staff training to drive productivity and grow the business. Our new Belfast centre gives us access to a new talent pool and we plan to invest over £800,000 in skills, including management and leadership development, so that we have the capability required to take advantage of new opportunities."

Invest NI has offered Intelling an employment grant of £750,000 and skills growth support of £247,850 towards its investment.
