Two Teens Die In Co Down Road Crash

Two teenagers have been killed and another is in a critical condition in hospital after a car crashed into a wall in Rostrevor, Co Down.

The vehicle left the Kilbroney Road, hit a wall and landed in a field just before midnight on Monday.

It also struck the wall of a house and a home heating oil tank caught fire, leaving the house badly damaged.

An elderly woman, who was in the house at the time, was taken to hospital to be treated for shock.

Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

NI Man Killed In Motorcycle Race
A man from Northern Ireland has tragically died following a crash at a motorcycle race in County Westmeath. The 34-year-old was seriously injured in the collision at Walderstown at around 11.30am on Sunday, 14 June. He was airlifted to the Mater Hospital in Dublin where he passed away. Gardaí are believed to be investigating the death.

Antrim Hospital Death To Be Investigated
The death of a patient following an incident at Antrim Area Hospital is to be investigated by police. The man, who was in his 80's, is understood to have left a medical ward when the incident occurred on Saturday morning, 06 July. He was transferred to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast where he later died.

Four Teens Injured In Bangor Crash
A teenage girl is critically ill following a one-vehicle crash in Bangor, County Down. Three other girls were injured and required hospital treatment after the collision on the Ballycrochan Road at around 3.30am on Sunday 16 June.
