Police Appeal After Handbag With Newlywed Couple's Wedding Photos Stolen

Police are appealing for information after a handbag, containing photographs of a newlywed couple's wedding, was stolen from a car in L'Derry.

The car was broken into at the Celtic Park car park on Sunday, 29 November.

Photographs of a wedding were among the sentimental items that were in a handbag stolen from a car in Derry.

The contents in the 'Michael Kors' included a USB stick with 700 wedding photos from the owner's recent wedding. The USB was in a small wooden box with the name of a photographic company engraved on it. It also has the company name printed on it.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

The PSNI in Derry City & Strabane have warned people to be wary of scammers following a report this week of a person who thought they'd bought tickets online for a Taylor Swift concert only to find out they'd been swindled. According to police, it was reported that a person had found tickets for the concert on an online platform.

Appeal Following Serious Assault And Robbery In Antrim
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.

Man Arrested For Headbutting Female Police Officer
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Newry for assaulting a police officer. While responding to a domestic related report, a local female officer was headbutted to the head, which caused swelling and bruising. The officer was seen by medical staff and her injuries were not more serious and she felt well enough to remain on duty.
