Murder Inquiry Launched After Body Found In North Belfast

Police have launched a murder inquiry after a man's body was discovered in north Belfast.

The body was found at a property in Glenpark Street just before 10.30pm on Thursday.

The man is believed to be aged in his 30's.

Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Justyn Galloway said: "I am appealing for anyone who was in the area of Glenpark Street yesterday afternoon or last night and who witnessed anything suspicious or anyone with any information that could assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Musgrave Police Station on the non-emergency number 101."

A post-mortem examination will take place to determine the cause of death.

Murder Investigation Launched Into Lurgan Body Find
Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August. The body of a 45-year-old man was discovered at a property in the Victoria Street area at around 2.15pm yesterday. Another man, also aged 45, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder and he remains in police custody.
