Woman dies in Ballymoney road accident
A woman has died this morning following a road traffic accident in Co Antrim.
The woman, who has not yet been named, was killed when two cars collided on the Finvoy Road in Ballymoney at around 7.30am.
The road has been closed and diversions are in place at the junction of Killagan Road and Burn Quarter Road.
Police have appealed for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.

Man Arrested For Headbutting Female Police Officer
A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Newry for assaulting a police officer. While responding to a domestic related report, a local female officer was headbutted to the head, which caused swelling and bruising. The officer was seen by medical staff and her injuries were not more serious and she felt well enough to remain on duty.

Appeal Following Fatal Collision On Curr Road
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a fatal road traffic collision on Tuesday, 05 march between Omagh and Ballygawley. Shortly before 7.25pm on Tuesday evening, police received a report of a collision on the Curr Road involving a white BMW 320 and blue Scania lorry.
