Woman Dies After Co Antrim Road Collision

A 25-year-old woman has died following a car crash in County Antrim.

Karla Cameron, 25, from the Ballymena area, died in hospital on Thursday as a result of her injuries.

The crash between two cars, a black Audi A6 and blue Seat Leon, happened on the Lisnevenagh Road at around 9.50am.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Two die in road traffic incidents
Two men have died following separate road traffic incidents over the weekend. Damien McGovern, 17, from Drumaran in Letterbreen, near Enniskillen, died following a collision at Sligo Road in Belcoo on Sunday evening. A 37-year-old man has also died after his lorry crashed in Greenisland, County Antrim early on Monday.

PSNI Appeal For Information Following Banbridge Shooting
PSNI Detectives have issued an appeal for information following a shooting incident in Banbridge on Friday, 12 April. Shortly after 8pm, it was reported that a man aged in his 40s had been shot in his abdomen while in the car park on Rathfriland Road. Taken to hospital, his condition has been described as serious.
