Police Appeal Following 'Creeper Style' Burglary In West Belfast

Police are appealing for information following a "creeper style" burglary in west Belfast on Thursday night.

The incident happened at a house in the Andersonstown Park area at around 11pm.

A Suzuki Alto car was stolen after the keys were taken from inside the property.

Police received a report that the car was driving recklessly in the Monagh Drive area before being set alight in Norglen Parade at around 11.30pm.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Police have issued an appeal for information following a three-car collision on the M1 near Lisburn. Six people were taken to hospital following the crash on Thursday night, 19 August. According to reports, initially two cars had collided before a third car crashed into the first two vehicles.

Police appeal for information following north Belfast robbery
Police in north Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery in a convenience store in the area last night. A masked man, believed to be armed with a handgun, entered the shop on the lower Antrim Road at around 9pm. He threatened staff before making off with the contents of a safe, which has been reported as being substantial.

Police appeal for information following armed robbery in south Belfast
Police in south Belfast are appealing for information following an armed robbery at an off licence in Agincourt Avenue last night. At around 5.50pm a man armed with a handgun entered the premises in the Holy Lands area and, after threatening a female member of staff, stole a sum of cash and a quantity of cigarettes.
