Man Arrested In Connection With Indecent Exposure In Lisburn

A man has been arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure in Lisburn, Co Antrim.

The male is believed to have been exposing himself to the public on the Lagan Towpath.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Over the previous few months we have appealed for information about a male who had reportedly been exposing himself to passers by on the Lagan Towpath in Lisburn.

"Following a similar report officers along with a dog call sign quickly responded to the Towpath. They searched the area and then gave chase on foot after a male who made off from them. Officers caught up with the male who was subsequently arrested on suspicion of Indecent Exposure.

"He was taken to police custody where he will be interviewed later today."

Man Arrested In L'Derry
A 20-year-old man has been arrested in L'Derry. Officers from the PSNI's Terrorism Investigation unit carried out a search at a property in connection with an ongoing on Wednesday, 04 November. A number of items were seized for further examination. The man was taken to be questioned, however he has now been released.

Teen Arrested After Car Stolen In Lisburn
A teenager has been arrested from a suspected stolen car in west Belfast. It is believed the Jaguar was taken from just outside Lisburn in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 28 November. The PSNI detained a 17-year-old male after they stopped the vehicle in the Lagnore area.

Warning As Male Con Artists Target Retailers
Police have issued a warning after reports of a man, who may be working as part of a larger group, using distraction techniques to con cashiers out of money. According to an officer from PSNI Fermanagh, a Post Office was targeted in recent days and the man used sleight of hand techniques to trick the staff member out of £160.
