Police Appeal Following Armed Robbery In Co Tyrone

Police are appealing for information following an armed robbery in Dungannon, Co Tyrone.

The incident happened at premises in the Carland Road area at around 10.20pm on Friday, 05 August.

A man, armed with a knife, threatened a female member of staff before jumping over the counter and stealing a sum of cash from the till.

He made off on foot in the direction of Cookstown.

The suspect has been described as around 5ft 7inches tall and slim. He was wearing a red makeshift balaclava, a dark coloured beanie hat, a dark waterproof jacket, dark track bottoms and woollen gloves.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Appeal For Information On Armed Robbery In Keady
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following an armed robbery at a service station in Keady last night, Tuesday 11 October. Shortly before 7.30pm two men wearing balaclavas and armed with a handgun and wheelbrace entered the store on Castleblayney Road. They threatened a teenage girl who was working there and demanded money.

PSNI Appeal For Information On Fatal Collision Outside Tandragee
The PSNI have named a man who died following a road traffic collision outside Tandragee, as 84-year-old Sidney McIldoon. Mr McIldoon, who was from Portadown, died following a collision between his vehicle and a tractor on Tuesday afternoon, 13th February on the Cornascriebe Road, between Tandragee and Hamiltonsbawn.
