Mediterranean and Xmas themes on offer at Who's Cooking

Would you like to know how to make real foccacia bread with fresh rosemary or caramelised onion tart or perhaps tiramisu?

Elizabeth Kennedy of Who's Cooking says: "These are some of the recipes that we will be cooking together on Tuesday 11 November and Tuesday 18 November as part of a Mediterranean theme.

"Lessons start at 7 pm and cost £50 per person including all ingredients, use of equipment and a bound copy of the recipes to take home."

There are also a couple of places left for the Christmas lessons on Tuesday 2 December and Tuesday 9 December and if you book three lessons the cost is £135.

Elizabeth says: "Join a small, informal class and be taken step by step through every stage of preparation… have fun and enjoy the delicious food at the end of the cooking session with a glass of wine!"

A Who's Cooking gift voucher (valid for 12 months) makes an ideal Christmas present for those friends and family who are keen to get into the kitchen and can be exchanged for a lesson, demonstration, workshop or cooking equipment.

If you need any further information about dates and availability, call Elizabeth on tel. 02890 826229 or email elizabeth@whoscooking.co.uk.
