Man Shot In West Belfast

A man has been shot in a paramilitary style attack in west Belfast.

The incident occurred on Bread Street just before 9pm on Thursday, 29 September.

The victim was shot in the legs and ankles and is believed to be in a stable condition in hospital.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Sinn Fein MP Paul Maskey said: "There is no place for these type of actions in our society.

"Those responsible need to end their war against the community and stop these shootings immediately."

Man Shot In West Belfast
A man has been shot in his legs and ankles in west Belfast. The attack happened in Creeslough Gardens on Tuesday at around 23.00. The 36-year-old is currently in hospital. Police are appealing to anyone with information to contact them.

Two Men Arrested After Man Shot In West Belfast
Two men have been arrested after a man was shot in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Shaws Road area on Thursday morning. The victim was shot in the head after a shot was fired through the window of the car he was travelling in. He is currently being treated at the Royal Victoria Hospital however his condition is unknown.
