Essentials Of Management And Leadership Course Announced

The William J Clinton Leadership Institute has announced an interactive programme on the essentials of management and leadership in business.

Whether you are starting out and looking to fast-track your career, or you are in work and seeking that extra advantage to take you to the next stage, the Mini-MBA can help you reach a thorough understanding of business fundamentals.

Designed and delivered by the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast, the intensive five day programme will give an insight into the modern business world, what to expect and how to maximise your impact.

The programme is delivered by experienced practitioners who will translate key business concepts and theories into practical application demonstrated through tried and tested learning experiences.
