Two New Leadership Programmes Announced

Queen's University Belfast have announced a range of comprehensive and focused business leadership programmes, which aim to provide participants with the opportunity to explore specific topics in-depth.

Provided by the William J Clinton Leadership Institute, the upcoming programme includes:

• Aspiring Leaders

Three day intensive programme for first-time leaders. This programme develops first-time managers, equipping them with the essential leadership skills required to succeed in today's business world.

The move from being an individual contributor to being responsible for others is a difficult transition. This highly interactive programme is designed to equip you with the tools and skills you need to be an impactful and effective leader capable of leading and developing a high performing team.

The programme starts in March 2017.

• Leading Effective Boards Programme

The Leading Boards programme develops leadership, strategic thinking and performance management skills for existing and emerging leaders at Board level.

Consisting of six half day modules, the programme centres around six themes with the next cohort commencing in March 2017.
