Tourism And Hospitality Industry Workshops Announced

Digital DNA and Tourism NI have announced a series of workshops for the tourism and hospitality industry and informed by an industry wide Digital Audit.



Attendees will be provided with the opportunity to gain practical insight into the role of digital within tourism & hospitality businesses.



The digital tourism roadshow will help Northern Ireland's tourism and hospitality sector to use digital technology to:

• reach a wider audience

• make efficiencies

• ultimately grow their business



The itinerary for the workshops include:

• 7 March 2017 - Derry & Strabane(link is external)

• 10 March 2017 - Newry, Mourne & Down(link is external)

• 21 March 2017 - Mid & East Antrim(link is external)

• 28 March 2017 - Fermanagh & Omagh(link is external)

• 30 March 2017 - Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon

HelmsBriscoe will hold its European, Middle Eastern and African (EMEA) Regional Meeting in the city next March, a conference that last year secured a total of 1.27 billion dollars in meetings revenue worldwide.

NI tourism industry celebrates silver awards
Around 380 members of the tourism industry and guests gathered last night in the Ramada Hotel, Belfast to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Northern Ireland Tourism Awards and to applaud the winners of the 2002 competition.
