Two Staff Members Tied Up And Assaulted In Dunmurry

Police are appealing for information after two female members of staff were tied up and attacked at commercial premises in Dunmurry, Co Antrim.

Two armed robbers dressed as postmen entered the premises at The Cutts at around 1pm on Monday, 03 April.

A sum of cash was stolen and the women suffered minor injuries and were left badly shaken, according to the police.

One of the men has been described as being approximately 6ft tall, aged in his 30s and of slim build with piercing green eyes and pale skin.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Staff Threatened With Knife In West Belfast Robbery
A man armed with a knife has threatened staff and demanded money during an attempted robbery in west Belfast last night, Tuesday 11 September. The suspect entered the commercial premises on the Springfield Road at 10.10pm. One of two staff members who intervened sustained a cut to a knuckle. The suspect left the premises empty handed shortly after.

Detectives investigating the "horrific abduction" of Quinn Industrial Holding's Director Kevin Lunney are carrying out searches in Co Fermanagh and across the border. Mr Lunney was kidnapped, beaten and left for dead by the roadside by a gang of men in September.

Bushmills Takeaway Targeted in Second Racially Motivated Attack
Police have appealed for information following a report of criminal damage at a fast food restaurant on Main Street, Bushmills, in the early hours of Monday, 29 September 2025. Chief Inspector Adams confirmed police received a report at around 4.30am that the front window and door of the premises had been smashed.
