Tributes Paid After Former Glenavon Footballer Found Dead
Tributes have been paid after former Glenavon footballer Tony Scappaticci was found dead at his home, aged 48.
Originally from Banbridge he also played at Newry City and Bangor FC.
Taking to Twitter Genavon FC wrote: "It's with great sadness that the club has learned of the passing of former player Tony 'Scappi' Scappaticci.
"Thoughts and prayers with all the Scappaticci family at this sad time. Be just and fear not."

Man Arrested In Connection With 1999 Murder
A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the 1999 murder of former IRA man Eamon Collins. Mr Collins was found dead on 27 January, 1999. He had been beaten and stabbed. It is also believed that he may have been deliberately hit by a car.

Son Charged Over GAA Father's Murder
The son of Aloysius Hackett has been charged with the murder of his father in County Tyrone last weekend. Aloysius Hackett, a respected figure in GAA circles in Tyrone and a former chairman of St. Macartan's GAA club, was found dead at his home on Aghindarragh Road in Augher on Friday night.

The tragic Co Fermanagh couple found dead earlier this week had planned their deaths a long time ago, their son has revealed. Bill and Ann Barbour - who met during the Second World War when Ann Borrell worked at Bletchley Park, the famous code-breaking centre and Bill worked at the Foreign Office in London - were married in 1948.
