Body Of Sam Comber Recovered From River Foyle

The body of missing man Sam Comber has been recovered from the River Foyle, police have confirmed.

Mr Comber, 39, was last seen at a supermarket in L'Derry on Sunday, 14 May.

His bicycle was later found in a lay-by in the Newbuildings area.

His body was recovered on Saturday, 20 May.

Man's Body Recovered From River Foyle
The body of a man has been recovered from the River Foyle in L'Derry. It is believed the man entered the water on Sunday night, 08 July. His death is not being treated as suspicious. The body of missing Belfast man Michael Cullen has been found. His body was discovered on Cave Hill, according to his family. Michael's brother Niall confirmed the 33-year-old had been found following an extensive search campaign.

Woman Stabbed In Newtownards
A man has been arrested after a 19-year-old woman was stabbed in co Down. The attack happened at a property in the Thomas Street area at around 12.45pm on Saturday, 20 January. The victim sustained stab wounds to her arm, neck and body and is in a critical condition in hospital.

Body Of Missing Woman Found In East Belfast
The body of a woman, believed to be missing Karen Lane, has been found in east Belfast. The discovery was made on Sunday, 05 November, in the Templemore Avenue area. The 52-year-old had been missing since Monday, 23 October. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Man's Body Found In Co Antrim
A 36-year-old man has been arrested after a man's body was found in Co Antrim. His body was discovered on Townhill Road at around 10am on Sunday, 22 October. A post-mortem is to be carried out and his death is being treated as suspicious. Sinn Féin MLA Philip McGuigan said: "The local community has been left in shock by this news.
