Digital Transformation Firm To Create 165 New Jobs In Belfast
A digital transformation firm in Belfast is to create 165 new posts as part of a £12million investment plan, supported by the government.
Neueda already employs a 200 strong team of software engineers, IT consultants and data analysts.
The investment is a commitment to the firm's growth strategy which will see its revenues reach £100million by 2022.
Alastair Hamilton, Invest NI's CEO said: "Neueda's decision to almost double its workforce in Belfast will enable it to sustain the impressive growth that we have seen in recent years. As part of our business strategy we are working closely with companies like Neueda that have the ability to scale quickly, supporting them to create jobs and increase competitiveness.
"The high quality new jobs being announced today will generate £5.6m annually in additional salaries and offer employment opportunities across a range of disciplines, both for graduates and experienced professionals."
Brendan Monaghan, CEO of Neueda and finalist in EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 said: "We've a great team of committed, talented people and their combined efforts have helped us achieve strong growth over the last five years.
"Together we are building something special and we're keen to accelerate to the next level. This investment in new people will help us broaden our reach and cement our position with customers in capital markets, utilities and across the public sector."

Four New Play Parks Announced For L'Derry
£2.8m from the Executive's Social Investment Fund is going toward four new play parks in L'Derry, The facilities will be located at Ballymagroarty Play Park, Kilfennan Valley Park, Ballyarnett Country Park and Daisyfield. Derry City Council has put up £300,000 towards the project.

Cocaine found in Derry hedge
Cocaine with a street value of over £100,000 has been found in a hedgerow in County Derry. The discovery of the Class A drugs at Shanreagh Park in Limavady was the latest in the war against rising supply of cocaine in Northern Ireland, police have said. No arrests have been made during the operation which took place on Monday.
