Two Men Arrested Over Attempted Murder Of PSNI Officer
Two men have been arrested in connection with the attempted murder of a police officer.
The attack happened just outside a petrol station on the Crumlin Road on Sunday, 22 January.
A community police officer sustained two bullet wounds to his arm in the attack.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "The men, aged 18 and 33, were arrested this morning in the west Belfast area and have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station for questioning."
Police are continuing to appeal to anyone with information to contact them.

Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the attempted murder of an off duty police officer in L'Derry. A viable under car bomb was found outside the house of the officer in the Ardanlee area on 22 February. The suspects are aged 43 and 59.
