Concentrix Opens New Belfast Facility
Concentrix, a global business services company, has opened a new facility on the former Maysfield Leisure Centre site in Belfast.
The new multi-million-pound complex was opened by the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Nuala McAllister, and Dame Mary Peters, Northern Ireland’s most famous Olympic Gold Medallist, alongside Concentrix executives, staff, and clients from around the world.
Mrs McAllister said: "The opening of Concentrix's state of the art centre represents a massive investment and commitment to the city, and I'm delighted they have chosen to do business in Belfast.
"The confidence they have shown in our talent speaks volumes of the growing reputation of Global Belfast - a city full of ambition, optimism and energy - and job creation and outside investment is paramount to that success and to our Belfast Agenda, our long-term strategy for the city."
Concentrix President Chris Caldwell said: "Opening this new building signifies the realisation of exciting aspirations for Concentrix Belfast, as well as the organization globally. We are redefining what a customer engagement centre should be across the globe. As a company, we are growing and proud to be a market leader; much owed to our incredibly talented staff and the successful relationships we hold with our clients."
