Woman Dies In Co Fermanagh Crash

A woman has died in a one-vehicle crash in Co Fermanagh.

The collision happened on the Newbridge Road in Derrylin just after midnight on Saturday.

Another woman and a man were taken to hospital to be treated. Their injuries are believed to be serious.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.

L'Derry: Bomb Found In Parked Vehicle
A bomb discovered in a parked vehicle in L'Derry was to be used against a police patrol, it has emerged. The command wire initiated device was made safe after it was discovered in the Creggan area of the city on Monday evening, 09 September. A clearance operation was commenced with families evacuated from around 15 homes.

Woman Seriously Injured In Co Fermanagh Crash
A woman has been seriously injured following a crash in Lisnarick, Co Fermanagh. A Kawasaki KLF 300 single quad bike is believed to have overturned on the Lisnacreevin Road at around 11.25am on Tuesday. The victim, aged in her 40s, sustained a head injury and is in a serious condition in hospital.
