Les Kiss Leaves Post As Director Of Rugby

Les Kiss is to leave his post as Director of Rugby with immediate effect, Ulster Rugby has confirmed.

Head Coach Jono Gibbs will assume responsibility for all coaching matters and will lead the current coaching team of Dwayne Peel, Aaron Dundon and Niall Malone.

A review will be carried out to ascertain if additional coaching expertise is required.

In a statement Ulster Rugby said: "Ulster Rugby would like to thank Les for his commitment and wish him well in his future career."

Paddy Jackson's And Stuart Olding's Contracts Revoked
The contracts of Paddy Jackson and Stuart Olding have been revoked with "immediate effect" by the Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) and Ulster Rugby. Last month, the two rugby players were unanimously acquitted of raping a woman at a house in south Belfast in June 2016.

Sean Reidy Signs New Ulster Rugby Extension
Ulster Rugby player Sean Reidy has agreed a new contract extension which will keep him at the club until 2020. The 27-year-old, who is from New Zealand, has been with the club since 2014. He is Irish-qualified through his grandmother and made his international debut for Ireland during their summer tour of South Africa earlier this year.

Set to have a lasting and positive impact on the lives of those involved in rugby in Ulster, the Ulster Rugby Foundation will drive forward a community game in the province which welcomes people of all ages and abilities.

Ulster Rugby Name New Head Coach
Ulster Rugby has named Jono Gibbes as its new head coach. The 40-year-old will join the club on a two-year deal this summer. Gibbes, who is a former New Zealand player himself, is currently forwards coach at French side Clermont Auvergne. He previously worked at Leinster Rugby, helping the team to three Heineken Cup victories.
