Man Stabbed In East Belfast

A man has been stabbed in the abdomen in east Belfast.

The victim was walking along Ravensdale Street with a friend just after 7pm on Saturday, 03 February.

He was approached by a group of around five men and one is believed to have stabbed the man.

The second man was not injured.

An 18-year-old man was arrested in connection with the attack, however he has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Stabbed During Attack In East Belfast
A man, aged in his 40's, has been stabbed during an attack in east Belfast. The victim was chased by a number of men from the Killagan Bend in the Cregagh area area, heading towards the Greenway just after 11 pm on Monday, 03 May. He was stabbed in the back and the head. The victim remains in a stable condition in hospital.

Man Stabbed In West Belfast
A man is in a serious condition in hospital after being stabbed in west Belfast. The attack happened in the Hawthorn Street area at around 1.40pm on Thursday. The victim is believed to be in his 30s. A section of Hawthorn Street was closed and police examined the area. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Fourth Arrest Over East Belfast Murder
A fourth person has been arrested by detectives in connection with the murder of a 21-year-old man in east Belfast. The man was found stabbed in Castlereagh Place at about 22:00 on Saturday evening. Police are investigating reports of a fight in the area.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Charged In Connection With East Belfast Attack
A man has been charged in connection with an attack which happened on 06 March in east Belfast. A 32-year-old male was assaulted in the Templemore Avenue area and sustained serious head injuries. The suspect has been charged with grevious bodily harm (GBH) and is to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Friday, 14 October.
