Appeal Issued For Missing 16-Year-Old

Police have issued an appeal for information to help trace a missing 16-year-old.

Jimmy Connors, who has links to Banbridge, has been missing since Thursday, 22 February.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "If you know where Jimmy is or if you see him, please call us immediately on 101. The reference number is 1468 of 22/02/18."

A young girl has suffered injuries after she was struck by a passing vehicle that failed to stop in Co Down. Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision on Market Street, Downpatrick at around 5.30pm on Thursday 07 November.

Essex Police travelled to Belfast today to issue the direct appeal. It comes over a week since the mass fatality was discovered in a container in Grays last week.
