Lisney Appointed To Sell Obel Studios In Belfast

Commercial property agency Lisney has been appointed to sell Obel Studios, part of the landmark Obel Tower Development in Belfast.

Offers above £2 million are being invited for the portfolio which includes 26 fully-let studio apartments.

Set over three floors in Ireland;s tallest building, the studios have an unique and innovative design, setting them apart from the other apartments in the building.

Stephen Chambers, Associate Director, Lisney, commented: "The Obel building helped reshape the Belfast skyline when it was first launched and is now considered one of the city's most iconic buildings.

"This opportunity comprises all the studios available in the building which are located on floors 1 to 3 and offers a secure, functional living space that provides the perfect hub for experiencing city life and all that Belfast has to offer.

"These studios, which have been designed to optimise living and working space, are very much different to the other apartments available at Obel, providing urban dwellers with a space that can be tailored to cater for the on-the-go lifestyles.

"The studios, like the building itself, reflect the changing face of Belfast as the city becomes more closely aligned with other major European centres."
