Two Arrested After £30k Cannabis Find In Portadown
Two people have been arrested after police discovered £30,000 worth of cannabis in a car in Portadown.
The grey-coloured BMW was stopped in the Armagh Road area at around 1.30pm on Monday, 23 July.
Cannabis worth a street value of £30,000 was found in the boot of the vehicle.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "The male driver of the car, and the female passenger, both aged 21, were arrested on suspicion of a number of drugs related offences and taken into custody where they remain today, assisting with police enquiries."
The car has been seized and further items were recovered in follow up searches at two properties.

A 22-year-old man has been charged after £16,000 worth of cannabis plants were seized in L'Derry. The discovery was made after police searched a house in the Waterside area on Friday, 22 September. The suspect has been accused of growing cannabis, possession of a Class B drug and intent to supply.

Appeal Following Serious Assault And Robbery In Antrim
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.
